Review Your 2021 Health Packet

When you get your personalized health packet in the mail, you can review important sections like:

  • Your 2021 Health Plan - highlights any changes to your current plan for next year
  • Benefit Changes - shows your 2021 benefit and out-of-pocket cost updates
  • Pharmacy Information and Prescription Drug Changes - features 2021 prescription benefit changes
  • Your Dental Plan - lists dental plan information if you have dental coverage

Learn About Participating Provider Option (PPO) Health Plans

A Participating Provider Option (PPO) health plan works differently than an HMO health plan.

With a PPO, you:

  • Still have a provider network, but don't need to select a Primary Care Provider (PCP) for your care needs
  • Can get care from in-network and out-of-network providers, but you may pay less if you stay in-network
  • Can see a specialist without a PCP referral

Your 2021 Health Plan Options

Please note, if you want coverage that starts on January 1, 2021, you must enroll in a new plan on or before December 31, 2020.

Here are your 2 choices for 2021:

Stay With the Same Plan

If you'd like to keep the health plan you have now, no action is needed. Simply pay your monthly premium bill by your next due date.
